01. Electroplating Process

Electroplating technology is a processing method for surface coating treatment of precious metal jewelry, such as gold plating treatment for silver jewelry and rhodium plating treatment for platinum jewelry. The main process of jewelry electroplating processing method is: acid-base washing - degreasing and polishing - electroplating. Electroplating technology can protect the surface color and brightness of precious metal jewelry, giving it a more beautiful appearance.

02. Gold plating process

The gold wrapping technique is to wrap extremely thin gold foil layer by layer around non gold jewelry, then heat it up and use tools to firmly press the gold foil onto the surface of the jewelry without leaving any seams. The appearance of gold jewelry resembles that of gold jewelry. The gold wrapping technique is also a common surface treatment method for jewelry.

03. Chiseling Technology

Chiseling technique is a process of manually hammering patterns on precious metal surfaces using a chisel blade. The patterns can be deep or shallow, with undulations and varying degrees of roughness.

04. Car flower (milling flower)

The process of using a high-speed rotating diamond milling cutter to carve shiny horizontal and vertical stripes on the surface of jewelry and arrange them into patterns is called car flower or milling flower. Due to the hardness of the diamond milling cutter, the resulting streaks are smooth and shiny. The so-called "flash ring" or "flash pendant" is made by car flower craftsmanship and is very popular among people.

05. Sandblasting

Use high pressure to spray fine quartz sand onto the exposed polished metal surface, creating a hazy and soft surface finish.
